LOA High End Turnkey Projects

We worked with LOA Turnkey on the renovation and conversion of an old townhouse that included structural alterations, electrical and plumbing, tiling with both rectified ceramic tiles as well as traditional Maltese cement tiles, gypsum and painting, roof membrane, etc. and the job involved several customised solutions. It was a pleasure to work with Emilio and his team of craftsmen! Emilio was always available, on the phone and even for site visits whenever we needed to review the works in progress or discuss ideas. Emilio has a great 'can do' attitude and we really liked his approach of listening to our ideas and converting them into practical solutions. I must say that we really worked well together and there were no conflicts despite difficulties that arose during the project. It was a pleasure to work with him! We emerged fully satisfied and will go back to LOA Turnkey for future projects!

We used LOA Turnkey to replace two bathrooms in our townhouse. Both projects were completed within the stipulated timeframe and the level of workmanship was of a very high standard. Emilio pays attention to detail and regularly visits to oversee the progress of the works. Would most definitely recommend to anyone who wishes to undergo major works at home. A proper turnkey operation with great knowledge, a very good relationship with suppliers, very responsive and to wrap it all up, delivers on time! Although not one of the cheaper alternatives, supplies used are excellent, workers are very competent and the workplace is maintained safe and clean.
